For your convenience Belmont Dance Centre uses a direct debit system for fees!

You can nominate whether you would like to have your fees debited weekly, fortnightly or monthly. All direct debits must be set up within the first two weeks of commencement to avoid late fees.

IMPORTANT FEE INFORMATION

Enrolment is presumed for the entire calendar year in which you have enrolled.

To withdraw from a class, one weeks notice from scheduled class day must be provided in writing to [email protected] - normal class fees will be charged if notice given is less than one week. Fees will continue to be charged until Belmont Dance Centre is notified in writing of the students withdrawal from classes.

If a child misses a class, there are no refunds for the lesson/s.

All private lessons, unless cancelled by the studio are to be paid for. On the rare occasion that BDC cancels a private lesson, and alternate time will be given.

An annual enrolment fee is required to be paid by all students - this is to cover all necessary insurances
